水费单，要提的是我住在雪州，有地屋，有一个每个月20立方水免费用的惠民政策，看单子上那句话。
电费单，单价0.218马币，观察了2个月，我家电费都是二三十马币，有没有空调这差距太大了吧。。。之前住公寓就一架空调每个月电费150上下呢。
排污费：一个月8马币，每三个月交一次。这单子是原屋主一直欠着排污费不交。。。。。

How the A Bill is CalculatedIf Using More Than 400 Units a Month 如果一个月用电量在400度以上
Suppose your average consumption is 638.29. Your bill will be calculated as follows:-
假设平均用电量是638.29，计算方式如下：
Actual consumption = average consumption x duration being billed
= 638.29 / 30 x 30
= 638.29 units

Your A bill will be calculated as follows:

If Using Less than 400 Units a Month 如果一个月用电量低于400度
