ANNOUNCEMENT 1

Please be informed that MM2H Centre will be relocated to 1st floor, Ministry of Tourism & Culture Malaysia effective from June 17th, 2013 (Monday). However, the MM2H Immigration Unit will remain at the 10th floor, as usual. In this regard, any matters pertaining to submission of a new application, withdrawal of fixed deposits, termination of participation and appeal related to the MM2H programme should be directed to the MM2H Unit at Level 1, while any application via mail are to be sent to the following address: Director Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Centre, Ministry of Tourism And Culture Malaysia 1st Floor, No. 2, Tower 1, Jalan P5/6, Precint 5, 62200 Putrajaya, MALAYSIA All matters relating to the pass endorsement, renewal and extension of social visit pass MM2H, adding new dependents, permission to hire a maid, working application, permission for the children to study, change the principal, and other immigration related matters should be directed to the MM2H Immigration Unit at Level 10 , Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia. Disruption for Domestic Helpers Visa Extension We would like to inform that due to problems in the MyIMMs system, the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre is unable to issue any visa extension for Domestic Helpers. Therefore, for participants with Domestic Helpers with visas expiring soon, please proceed to the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre to obtain a Special Pass valid for 30 days at a fee of RM100.00. Delay in Immigration Procedures Due to System Migration Please be informed that due to migration to the new Immigration system, please expect some delay in all Immigration procedures at the MM2H Centre. Please be informed that due to closure of account, the Cashier counter at the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre will not be able to accept any payments effective at 2.00 p.m. on 30 April 2013. The Cashier counter will resume business as usual on 2 May 2013 from 8.00 a.m. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your kind understanding in this matter MM2H Centre 29 April 2013

To all MM2H Licensed Companies, Following to the decisions made during the Dialogue Session Between the MM2H Agents Association Council Members with the Ministry of Tourism on 14 December 2012, please be informed that all existing MM2H Companies with valid licences are able to renew their licences to provide services to the MM2H participants until 31ST DECEMBER 2013 only, without checking on the number of MM2H approvals obtained for the year 2012 with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. This will allow the Ministry to review its current licensing practices and work on the best method to regulate the MM2H companies. Thank you. We would like to remind MM2H participants that partial Fixed Deposit withdrawal from the second year onwards is on a reimbursement basis and for expenses incurred in Malaysia only. Application of partial FD withdrawal for payment of car purchase has to be submitted along with a copy of the Car Grant issued by the Road Transport Department. Receipt of booking fee/ quotation is NOT ACCEPTED, as it is not a guarantee of purchase. Thank you. MM2H Centre 19 February 2013

“The MM2H Centre would like to inform that effective 12 July 2012, all MM2H applications must submit bank account statements that shows the latest 3 months deposit for monthly income (either from salary/ rental/ interest earned/ shares/ etc) or government-approved ns into the applicant’s bank accounts. Complete applications received before that date, are not subjected to the above requirement.” MM2H Centre

ANNOUNCEMENT 3

ONLINE CAR TAX EXEMPTION APPLICATION Please be informed that starting from November 2010, the application for tax exemption for the locally purchased and imported car need to be done through the online application system at https://smpc.treasury.gov.my/sop/workdesk/login.jsp and manual application is not acceptable. Kindly refer to or the information in Incentives page in MM2H website http://www.mm2h.gov.my/incentive2.php for further detail. MM2H Centre February 2011

FOR APPLICATIONS WITH CHILDREN AS DEPENDANTS For applicants with chidren nearing the age 21 , they must submit their applications at least 3 months before their children reaches the age of 21. MM2H Centre September 2010

Please be informed that with effective of 15 October 2010, all new applications must fulfil the financial criteria as per decided by the Special Committee on Malaysia My Second Home Programme (MM2H) as follows:For certified copy(s) of Current Account, applicants must provide the latest 3 months’ statement with each month’s credit balance of:a. not less than RM 350,000 per month for 50 years and above category; orb. not less than RM 500,000 per month for below 50 years old category* The rest of the requirements are still applies based on the existing checklist.MM2H Centre Oct 7, 2010

请告知，于2010年11月起，申请免税需要在当地购买和进口车必须通过网上申请系统，在https://smpc.treasury.gov.my/sop/workdesk/login.jsp 和手动应用程序是不能接受的。请参阅进一步的细节，MM2H网站 http://www.mm2h.gov.my/incentive2.php的激励页面中的信息。

请被告知，2010年10月15号，所有新应用程序必须履行的财务标准，特别委员会在马来西亚我的第二家园计划（MM2H）如下决定：
经常帐的核证副本（S） ，申请人必须提供最近3个月的声明与每月的信贷余额为：
一。每月不低于RM 350000 50岁及以上类别;
二。不低于RM 每月 50万以下50岁的类别
*其余的要求仍然适用于根据现有的清单。

不是只能用来买车，是教育医疗房产车都可以，相关资料齐全就好
